Gurgen is a medium-sized city in the Tgopoli Has-hudu. The city has a long history, stretching back to the Opole invasions of Ermen, when it became a large, predominantly Ermenian trade city that ruled the area surrounding the city. It was a vassal state of Halled-ann, and fought many campaigns against the Ermen kingdoms surrounding the city.

Nowadays it is one of the largest cities in the Tgopoli Has-hudu. Its inhabitants mainly work in the industrial sector. The city is home to a series of power stations powering 30% of the Tgopoli Has-hudu surface area, and powering almost 70% of its inhabitants.
