The Royal City of Habaseg is a small part of the cit of Habaseg, the capital of Hsulab. It is one of the Seventeen Palaces of Men, and considered the greatest architectural achievement of the Moqan race. It is a labyrinthic network of palaces, markets, guild halls, military forts and religious buildings, expanded and rebuilt century after century by the rulers of Malageg, the Great Kingdom of Hhabasege and Madahsulab. 

Currently, it consists of the gigantic Royal Palace, the Old Market, a variety of guil districts, the Northern and Seaside Forts, the Mahabega (an temple built on a large rock), the Hastawazh and Zhansi Daogahebe neighborhoods and the Royal Academy.
